The LTC has curated a list of activities that will help us reset, recharge, and get psyched for our winter classes! Join us on January 2, 2025!
The majority of time blocks are 20 minutes, so snack and bio breaks are built in. Plus, there’s an entire hour built in for lunch (your treat)! If you complete all activities and submit the survey, you’ll receive a certificate of completion from the LTC. You might even get a sticker! Here are some of the activities so far:
-
Wellness exercises
-
Syllabus temperature check
-
An early start to earning cold hard cash
-
De-stressing with stretching and breathing
-
Checking in with RSI
-
Gratitude Journal
Learning Objectives:
-
Practice culturally responsive instruction. This includes designing curriculum, pedagogy, and assessment that are relevant to students; valuing what students already know; and empowering students to demonstrate knowledge in multiple ways as appropriate for the discipline(s) or program(s).
-
