This is an information session for faculty selected for self-assessment as part of the instructor-initiated Regular and Substantive (RSI) language in the HCEA/Highline negotiated agreement.

Objectives

Describe the reason for the RSI self-assessments; find resources to effectively do RSI in their classes, and fill out the self-assessment effectively.
