Learning Objectives:
We will focus on identifying and exploring teaching values that speak to the heart and practice of your personal and professional identity. We will engage in open dialogue and creative expression to reflect on how we honor our values and align them with our ‘Why’ and ‘How’ they show up in our teaching actions and outcomes. Drawing from current and past experiences, we’ll share how our values intersect with pressing issues of equity, inclusion, power, and oppression within the teaching and learning landscape. By examining these connections, we’ll gain deeper insights into how our values can serve as catalysts for positive change and transformative action.
