Description:

Continuous improvement is vital to program sustainability, and finding systematic ways to center student voice and anti-racism are essential to student success. In addition to learning more about continuous improvement, participants will also hear what other departments have done to promote positive changes in their areas through this process.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Describe the goals of program improvement, as stated in the new MFR and faculty contract
  • Identify the new process in the Program Improvement Toolkit and how to navigate the new Program Improvement Tableau dashboard
  • Discuss ways the improvement process can be implemented in departments on a small scale to make big impacts
