In this immersive workshop, we’ll delve deep into the ‘The Land of Shadow,’ where traditional grading practices fade away, paving the way for a more holistic and empowering approach to assessment. The workshop will begin with a showcase on how to practically implement ungrading, both with and without Canvas, followed by a working session where facilitators will provide guidance on developing a plan to implement ungrading in your class, as well as one-on-one help on individual challenges. Whether you’re new to ungrading or seeking to enhance your skills, this workshop offers a supportive environment to embrace change and harness the potential of ungrading in your teaching journey. About the LTC Winter Workshop Series:
LTC workshops take place every Wednesday from 2:00-3:30pm. The first 45 minutes of each workshop will be presentation style, and the rest of the workshop will be a hands-on working session with small group support.
