Although many students interested in earning a bachelor’s degree will transfer to a 4-year college or university, it’s important to know that students can also earn a Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) degree here at Highline! The applied bachelor’s degrees build on Highline’s AAS degree programs and students can choose from seven options: Cybersecurity and Digital Forensics, Applied Management, Respiratory Care, Youth Development, Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education and Integrated Design.

Join Dr. Tanya Powers, Associate Dean for BAS and Workforce Pathways and Mia Bull, BAS Admissions Coordinator, to learn more, including an overview of the BAS program options, application requirements, admissions process, and the advantages of continuing with a Bachelor’s degree at Highline!

Learning Objectives:

  • Describe the process for students to pursue one of Highline’s BAS programs.
