Description:

Learn how to use Watermark/ Aviso to support your work advising students.
Course prework: Make sure you have an Watermark/Aviso account created and are able to log into your account. If you need assistance setting up your account, please attend one of the Faculty Tech Support sessions on the preceding Tuesday or Wednesday afternoon.

Learning Outcomes:

Faculty advisors will learn how to use Watermark/Aviso to support their work advising students by:

• Comparing the uses of Watermark/Aviso to ctcLink and Canvas
• Practicing scheduling appointments with them as a faculty advisor or sending referrals to campus services
• Setting up and approving academic plan for a student’s degree or certificate
