Canvas Archiving Party
As part of our Canvas course retention procedure, the following archival actions will take place at the end of Winter Quarter 2026:

Canvas courses from Winter 2023 will be archived. Data from these courses will still exist, but will not be accessible.

Archived Canvas courses from Winter 2021 will be permanently deleted.
